Range Ford is seeking an organized and customer-focused New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Maddington.

In this important customer-facing role, you will coordinate the final stages of the new vehicle sales process. You will ensure each vehicle is prepared correctly, all documentation and finance requirements are completed, and every customer receives a smooth and professional vehicle handover.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting customers during the sales process and supporting them through to delivery

- Coordinating new vehicle preparation, accessories and other build requirements

- Ensuring licensing and finance requirements are completed before delivery

- Reviewing deal packs and confirming all contract conditions have been met

- Scheduling vehicle deliveries and maintaining the shared delivery calendar

- Liaising with the Sales, Finance, Pre-Delivery and Detailing teams

- Conducting final vehicle inspections before customer arrival

- Ensuring vehicles are clean and professionally presented in the showroom

- Completing vehicle handovers and demonstrating key features to customers

- Guiding customers through the manufacturer handover and satisfaction survey

- Finalizing delivery paperwork and completed deal packs

- Supporting the New Vehicle Sales team in achieving its targets and KPIs

About You





To be successful in this position, you will have:

- At least two years’ experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong organization and time-management abilities

- Excellent attention to detail

- The ability to coordinate multiple vehicle deliveries and priorities

- A qualified and customer-focused approach

- The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

- A motivated attitude and ambition to succeed

- A current WA driver’s license and the ability to drive manual vehicles

Strong telephone and negotiation skills or a Certificate III in Automotive Sales would be advantageous.
