We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Spare Parts & Procurement Coordinator to take ownership of inventory, procurement and supplier performance supporting Brisbane Airport's critical operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring essential parts are available when needed, suppliers deliver on their commitments, and operational teams have the support they need to keep systems running.

What You Will Do

- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement activities
- Coordinate suppliers, freight providers and internal stakeholders
- Source competitive pricing and negotiate with suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and prevent inventory shortages
- Process purchase orders and support invoice reconciliation




- Produce inventory and usage reports to support decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes

What You Will Bring

- Experience in procurement, inventory, logistics, spare parts or supply chain coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience using inventory or enterprise resource planning systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, automation or maintenance environments will be highly regarded
