Reporting to the Project Manager you will oversee work including Refractory demolition and installation, Scaffolding, Heavy Crane lifts (> 200 T), NDT and Inspections, Civil demolition and installation, and Off-site Overhauls. You will be proficient in making good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, judgement and consultation and be able to quickly switch between the big picture and detail as the situation dictates.

You will possess:

- 10+ years of experience co-ordinating site works for capital projects or maintenance activities in heavy industry including HSEC, employee relations, and contractor management
- Experience in the protected and successful development and delivery of large capital project(s) ($50-$100m +) as a project team member
- Experience in the planning,



management and delivery of major plant outages
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, the environment and community
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups
- Sound knowledge of project scheduling tools
- A broad understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning to allow safe integration of construction and project workstreams
- High-level understanding of SAP system
