As a Physiotherapist working within home care and community settings, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with participants while supporting them to stay mobile, manage pain, reduce falls risk, and maintain their independence for longer. About the role
You'll deliver person-centered physiotherapy services within participants' homes and community settings, helping older adults maintain function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve goals that matter to them.
You'll collaborate closely with participants, families, care coordinators and other allied health professionals to create meaningful outcomes that promote independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
And you won’t be doing it alone - our experienced senior clinicians/ supervisors provide ongoing clinical support to help you build your skills, confidence and clinical practice.

What you'll bring
· Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
· Current AHPRA registration
· Valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Passion for delivering person-centered care
· Experience in aged care, community, rehabilitation or disability settings (desirable but not essential)
