Head of Digital Delivery

Peak Partners has partnered with a major, growing mining business operating out of a safe, secure and highly attractive location in SE Asia.
The business has significantly invested in a modern, product led digital function to support its growing portfolio, led by a reputable management group made up of both proven expatriates and national executives.
They are poised to become one of the world's leading contributors of both gold and critical minerals.

The Role
This role forms part of the digital leadership team, taking responsibility for the engineering teams that build and deliver digital products across the operation.
You will lead multiple delivery pods, set the standard for how software gets built and shipped, and drive an AI first way of working as these tools mature.
This position is residental.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

- Tertiary qualified in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- 10 plus years leading engineering and digital delivery teams at scale
- A proven track record building high performing, product led teams
- Previous experience in an expatriate environment desirable
- The ability to live residentially in Southeast Asia
- Mining or another asset heavy industry background well regarded,



though not essential
