Intentionally intimate in scale, the club will provide a sophisticated yet relaxed workplace centred on exceptional hospitality, personalised service and genuine member relationships. Job Description

As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the launch, leadership and ongoing performance of the club. This is a highly visible, hands-on appointment requiring an accomplished hospitality professional who is equally comfortable setting the strategic direction of the operation and engaging personally with members.

Central to the role will be establishing a service culture that feels polished without being formal, highly personalised without being intrusive, and consistent across every member interaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the opening and ongoing operation of the club, establishing systems, standards and service rituals

- Build meaningful relationships with members and create a genuine sense of community and belonging

- Recruit, lead and develop a small, high-performing team with a strong service ethos

- Take ownership of commercial performance, operational standards and the overall member experience

- Work closely with ownership and key stakeholders to continually evolve the club offering and experience

Candidate Profile

You will be an accomplished hospitality leader with experience in premium,



luxury or highly personalised service environments. More important than the scale of your previous operations will be your understanding of sophisticated hospitality and your ability to create genuine relationships with discerning guests.

You will be visible, engaging and intuitive, with the confidence to lead the business while remaining deeply connected to the day-to-day member experience.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Senior leadership experience within premium hospitality, luxury hotels, private clubs, restaurants or comparable environments

- Exceptional guest engagement and relationship-building capability

- Strong commercial and operational acumen with the ability to manage the complete venue operation

- A sophisticated understanding of discretion, personalisation and attention to detail

- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to establish and protect a strong service culture
