Centurion Asia Pacific Rentals & Services, part of the global Centurion Group has supplied equipment and services to remote and complex sites across Australia and Asia since 2001.

Our presence in Asia Pacific dates back to 2001, when Jacks Winches began servicing the region. Centurion built on these foundations through the integration of RentAir, Mining Camps Australia and Tristar Water Solutions. In 2018, our regional operations were brought together under Centurion Asia Pacific Rentals & Services (APRS). Since then, we have continued to grow through the acquisitions of BBB Remote Site Services, WestWater and Rapid Camps.

About the Role

As the Group Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the Group's learning, capability and career development framework, aligned with business strategy and workforce needs.

This hands-on role combines strategy, program design, facilitation and delivery to build workforce capability across the organisation. You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to create practical learning solutions that support career growth, leadership development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the Group Learning & Development strategy, programs and priorities.
- Design Centurion Career Pathways and development frameworks across key roles and disciplines.
- Design, facilitate and deliver face-to-face, virtual, blended and practical learning programs.
- Deliver induction, leadership, frontline supervisor, technical and career development programs.
- Develop and coordinate the Centurion Learning Academy,



including digital and micro-learning available 24/7,
- Maintain technical skills matrixes across entities, co-ordinate technical training.
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify current and future capability gaps.
- Develop learning content, facilitator resources, assessments, competency frameworks and training matrices.
- Support the leadership competency model, succession planning and Individual Development Plans.
- Partner with managers and subject matter experts to develop role-specific capability.
- Coordinate apprenticeships, traineeships and structured development pathways.
- Work with external providers to deliver learning programs across the business.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on business and learner outcomes.
- Maintain strong engagement with leaders and employees to ensure learning is practical, relevant and applied in the workplace.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and/or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education or Organisational Development (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience designing, facilitating and delivering learning programs.
- Strong capability in career pathways, leadership development and competency frameworks.
- Confident, engaging and practical facilitator comfortable delivering to frontline and senior audiences.
- Experience developing digital, blended and face-to-face learning solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, project management and organisational skills.
- Commercial, practical and outcomes-focused approach.
