About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations and Management team, you will provide administrative support across a variety of business functions including accounts, travel coordination, data management, and general office administration.
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
You will have the following responsibilities:
· Data entry and maintenance of company records and databases
· Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
· Creating and maintaining customer and supplier accounts
· Processing supplier invoices and assisting with invoice reconciliation
· Preparing and posting general journals
· Coordinating and managing travel and accommodation bookings
· General office administration and document management
· Assisting with procurement of office supplies and services
· Managing incoming phone enquiries and providing professional customer service
· Supporting operational, finance, and management teams with administrative requirements
· Assisting with HR administration tasks as required
About You:
You will bring the following:
· Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
· Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting software
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
· General accounts experience including invoice processing and journal entries
· Excellent communication and telephone skills
· Robust attention to detail and accuracy
· Exceptional organisational and time management skills
· Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Desirable:
· Experience within the transport, logistics, cranage, construction, or related industries will be highly regarded
· HR administration experience will be viewed favourably but is not essential
