We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join an established team working across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.

This is a hands on functional role, working closely with marketing and business teams to understand requirements and turn them into practical Salesforce solutions. This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.

What you’ll be doing:

- Gathering requirements and running workshops
- Process mapping and functional solution design
- Working across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- Supporting email marketing and campaigns
- Working with data extensions and external data sources
- Supporting testing, implementation and user adoption
- Working closely with technical and business teams

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years’ Salesforce functional experience
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience




- Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Expert in both Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- Marketing automation and email marketing experience
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good understanding of integrations and data flows
- Data extensions and external data sources experience
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
- Experience working with marketing teams and business stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
