ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Have a passion for salvage cars? Join our Operations Team at Milperra, NSW 2214! Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:00am–5:00pm). We need a reliable, customer-focused quick learner. Hands-on role, permanent position, on the go.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Complete Quality Checks - Check inspected vehicles to ensure key asset details are accurate and meet standards.
- Manage Operational Tasks - Monitor systems and coordinate detailing, decal removal and rectification within required timeframes.
- Provide Operational Support - Assist teams with asset inspections and vehicle processing activities.
- Coordinate Asset Progress - Track vehicles through operational stages, identify delays and follow up to support timely completion.
- Maintain Accurate Records - Keep systems updated with vehicle information, location, status and completed work.
- Report and Escalate - Provide clear updates and escalate safety concerns, delays, quality issues or operational risks.
- Support Safe Operations - Follow WHS requirements and support safe, organised yard operations.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Current Valid Drivers License (essential)
- Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and able to work well in a team.




- Solid ability to maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to quickly learn our user-friendly auction system.
- Demonstrated understanding of WH&S; regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
