Casual Boilermakers – Immediate Start | Narangba

Immediate start | Multiple positions | Casual | Potential for ongoing employment

Hanlon is looking for 2–3 trade-qualified Boilermakers to join our fabrication team at our Narangba workshop for an immediate start.

We have a strong pipeline of structural steel work and are looking for experienced boilermakers who can come into the workshop, get up to speed quickly and produce quality work.

These are initially casual positions, with the potential for ongoing employment for the right people.

The Role

Working as part of our Narangba production team, you'll fabricate structural steel components for a range of commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Your work will include:

- Fabricating and assembling structural steel

- Welding to required specifications and quality standards

- Reading and interpreting workshop and engineering drawings

- Cutting, grinding, fitting and finishing steel

- Checking your work for accuracy and quality

- Working safely and productively as part of the workshop team

- Helping the team meet production targets and project deadlines

What We're Looking For





You'll need to be a trade-qualified Boilermaker who can work confidently in a structural steel fabrication environment.

We're looking for people with:

- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent

- Structural steel fabrication experience

- Solid welding and fabrication skills

- Ability to confidently read and work from fabrication drawings

- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- A strong commitment to safety

- Reliability, punctuality and a solid work ethic

- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
