Our leading hotel in Darwin is seeking a confident, capable, and hands-on hospitality all rounder to support the smooth daily running of our hotel.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building rapport with guests, and can confidently assist across multiple departments.

What You’ll Do

A bit of everything!

- Reception/front office check ins and customer service.

- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, with a solutions-focused mindset.

- Engage with guests throughout the hotel — including reception, dining and public areas — to create a warm and memorable guest experience.

- Make a coffee, pour a beer or clear a table

- Pick up supplies from the shops

- Administrative tasks and documentation.

- Special projects

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in some disciplines of hospitality ,

- Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.

- Confident, professional, and approachable manner with guests and staff.





- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with computers and hotel systems

- Skilled maturity, resilience, and strong people skills.

- A proactive “go-getter” mindset with the confidence to step into leadership.

- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights (required).

- Full, unrestricted Australian drivers licence (required).

The Hospitality All rounder Position is Full Time Position $70,000-$75,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications.

We do have also have a Casual Position available at the Rooftop Bar for bar staff 3-5 nights per week, immediate start , please put a short note in the cover letter if you are looking for barwork
