We are looking for enthusiastic Orthotist/Prosthetists to join our growing team, with multiple opportunities available across our Richmond and Seaford locations.

This is a unique and varied position for someone who enjoys clinical work, hands on O&P; technical work and the opportunity to become involved in the growth of Orthotic Technical Services (OTS).

Initially offered at approximately 2–3 days per week, we can provide flexibility around days and hours, with genuine opportunity for the position to expand and develop based on your interests and strengths.

About the Roles
Working across our clinics at Retschko Orthotics and closely with Orthotic Technical Services (OTS), your role may include:

- Assessing, fitting and reviewing post operative orthopaedic patients

- General orthotic and prosthetic clinical work

- Hands on O&P; technical and fabrication work

- Orthotic adjustments, modifications and repairs

- Working alongside OTS on orthotic manufacturing and product development

- Liaising with surgeons, allied health professionals and referrers

- Supporting the continued growth of our clinical and technical services

Orthotic Technical Services.

Depending on your interests, there is scope to become involved in:

- Marketing and social media

- Product promotion and launches

- Creating clinical and educational content

- Attending industry events, conferences and trade shows

- Building relationships with orthotists, clinics and other allied health professionals

- Product development and testing

- Business development and growing the OTS customer base

- Helping develop new ideas and opportunities as OTS continues to expand





We are particularly interested in someone who wants to bring ideas to the table and grow with the business, rather than simply step into a fixed role.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- A qualified Orthotist/Prosthetist

- Comfortable with both clinical and technical O&P; work

- Practical, hands on and solutions focused

- Personable and confident working with patients

- Interested in marketing, product development or business growth

- Keen to learn, contribute ideas and take ownership of new opportunities

- Able to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Experience with post operative orthopaedic patients would be highly regarded; however, support and training can be provided for the right applicant.
