M.A.M.I. is seeking a smart, driven Executive Assistant to work directly with its founder across qualified education, skincare, international collaborations and the M.A.M.I. Awards.

For someone who enjoys building, organising and making things happen, this offers a combination of independence, interesting projects and room to grow.

You’ll have direct access to the founder, exposure to accomplished medical professionals and the opportunity to see your ideas become part of the institute’s development. A successful event, a partnership progressed, a project launched—you’ll be able to see what your work has achieved.

We’ll agree on the goals. You’ll have the freedom to work out how to deliver them.

You’ll take ownership of projects, coordinate people and deadlines, research opportunities and keep the practical details moving. We value initiative and sound judgement, with concise updates and timely decisions supporting your independence.
