About the role

Working alongside our factory team, you'll take custom cabinetry from raw material through to a finished product for high-end fit-outs and bespoke joinery projects. This is a factory-based position, working alongside a skilled team to manufacture and assemble high-quality custom cabinetry from start to finish.

Key responsibilities
Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry and joinery for commercial fit-outs
Working from detailed plans, drawings and cutting lists
Operating cutting, shaping and finishing equipment on the floor
Checking your own work at each stage to keep quality and finish consistent
Keeping pace with production schedules without cutting corners
Keeping your work area organised and protected for the rest of the team

About you
A trade qualification in Cabinet Making
Hands-on experience in a custom or high-end joinery workshop
A sharp eye for detail and a genuine standard for your own workmanship




Confidence reading plans, shop drawings and technical specifications
Solid grounding in cabinet construction methods and joinery techniques
The judgement to work unsupervised, and the teamwork to pitch in when needed
A steady, dependable approach to the job
Have a valid drivers license
