About the roles:

Full-time Catering Supervisor

As a passionate Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervision of day-to-day catering operations in an outlet.
Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met.
Promoting and ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered.
Training and development of staff.
Prioritising tasks in a busy workplace.
Building rapport with guests.




Maintaining cleaning and WH&S; standards.
Input into daily / weekly specials and seasonal menus.

About you:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
Excellent work ethic.
Communicates effectively under pressure.
Positive attitude and self-motivator.
RSA Card.
Attention to detail.
Honesty and integrity.
Well-presented and tidy.
Passionate about the hospitality industry.
Available for a variety of shifts (day, evening and weekends).
