Introduction

Consultanz is looking for 3x experienced Trenchless Rehabilitation Technicians in Auckland to join a leading infrastructure contractor’s growing trenchless technology team.

We’re looking for hands-on, mechanically minded technicians with experience in CIPP, CCTV, robotic equipment, or pipeline rehabilitation. This is a outstanding opportunity to work on specialist underground infrastructure projects and be part of an experienced trenchless team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out trenchless rehabilitation works on underground pipeline networks
Assist with CIPP lining installation and rehabilitation systems
Conduct pipeline inspections using CCTV equipment
Operate robotic equipment for cutting, grinding, and reinstatement
Assist with large-diameter pipeline rehabilitation
Troubleshoot equipment and perform mechanical fault-finding
Work safely in confined spaces and active construction environments
Work with site crews to deliver projects safely and efficiently

Desired Experience & Qualification




Proven CIPP installation experience
Previous CCTV inspection experience
Experience with robotic cutting, grinding, or reinstatement equipment
Solid mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Confined space and construction experience
Background in drainage, plumbing, civil construction, or pipeline works
Robust commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Spiral wound or large-diameter rehabilitation experience is advantageous
Certificate III in Trenchless Technology or equivalent is advantageous

Package & Remuneration
Competitive hourly rate of $40 per hour, depending on experience
44-hour working week
Work with specialist trenchless rehabilitation technology
Exposure to major pipeline and infrastructure projects
