Firemex Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of fire and solid core doors. We have been servicing the fire and building industry for nearly 30 years and employ over 50 staff. We manufacture, supply and install doors at job locations throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast, Northern NSW, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay-Burnett Region.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Estimator for our Sales team. This is a full time position with an immediate start if possible. Training will be provided.

Your role will include:
Providing accurate estimation of tenders and quotes
Ensuring tender submission deadlines and time frames are adhered to
Ensuring qualified preparation and presentation of tender packages
Reading construction drawings and interpret these into take offs




Manage quote system and follow up with clients

The successful applicant will possess the following:
Qualified written and verbal communication skills
Be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks
Very high attention to detail
A proactive attitude
Robust computer skills

Trade/Fire background and experience will be advantageous. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn the industry and is confident on a computer. Microsoft Office is required, especially Excel.
