Job Description
Operations Manager / Head of Operations | Perth, WA | $200k + UTE+Fuel Card + Bonus
️ Chance: Join the Executive team and lead end-to-end operations across engineering, fabrication, assembly, drilling, scheduling and delivery.
Experience: Senior operations or production leadership experience across a multi-disciplinary manufacturing, engineering or fabrication workplace is required.
Advantages: Take strategic ownership of productivity, delivery, quality, rework, labour utilisation and operational performance across Australia and Thailand.
Extra’s: Shape scalable production systems, Lean improvement and future electric rig production while working directly with the Executive team.
