About the Role
During an exciting period of continued growth and transformation, we are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse Manager to lead the nursing function within our busy medical centre.
Your Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of nurses and clinical support staff.
Manage rosters,



recruitment and performance management.
Conduct health assessments, immunisations and chronic disease management.
Maintain treatment room standards, equipment and compliance.
Partner with centre leadership to drive operational success.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Leadership experience within healthcare.
Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Unrestricted Australian working rights.
