A financial planning and brokerage firm located East Brisbane are seeking a Para broker to work closely with their successful lending team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and package loan applications.
Support a small team of brokers in the provision of credit assistance.
Liaise with lenders and with clients to get loans approved and settled.
Ensure all compliance requirements are being met.
Liaising with stakeholders such as brokers, lenders, solicitors and clients
Dealing with the application from start right through to settlement.
Handle any client enquires.

Skills & Experience:
Have at least 2 years' experience in the banking and finance industry – mortgage lending
High attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Have the capability to juggle various tasks and work autonomously.
Comfortable working with qualified clients.
