POSITION: HEAD BARISTA

Key Responsibilities
Prepare consistently excellent coffee and smoothie beverages
Operate, calibrate, clean and maintain commercial espresso machines and grinders
Manage workflow during busy service periods
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
Ensure quality control and presentation standards are met
Deliver outstanding customer service
Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
Support the wider café team in day-to-day operations

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista
Robust knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing
Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Available to work weekdays and some weekends
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia

POSITION: FOH ALLROUNDER

Key Responsibilities




Greeting and serving customers with a friendly attitude
Taking orders and processing payments
Running food and drinks to tables
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the cafe
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Restocking supplies and supporting the kitchen team when required

About You
Positive, energetic, and customer-focused
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
Reliable and punctual
Previous cafe, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Barista experience is an advantage but not essential
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia

Pay: From $33.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
