About the role

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machinery used to process glass products. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, accuracy and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key responsibilities
Operate CNC machinery to process glass products
Set up and prepare the CNC machine for production
Load and unload glass safely and correctly
Follow production drawings, specifications and job requirements
Monitor machine operation and production quality
Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Identify and report machine faults or production issues
Ensure materials are handled and stored safely
Maintain a clean and organised work area

About you
Previous CNC operating experience required
Experience in glass processing or manufacturing highly regarded




Ability to read and follow drawings and job specifications
Good understanding of measurements and attention to detail
Solid mechanical aptitude
Ability to identify and report machinery issues
Physically fit and capable of handling glass safely
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to safety and quality
