Haymans Electrical in Ipswich is a leading electrical wholesaler in Australia, forming part of MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) - a successful national organisation who have over 300 stores Australia wide.

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our successful team.

You will be responsible for assisting the team at our Ipswich location with effective administrative support for our customers and suppliers. Your enthusiasm to learn, great common sense, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will see you excel in this current role with a company that rewards its employees for effort.

The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
Accounts payable / receivable
Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls
Data entry of supplier invoices
Report / reconcile and process invoices
Provide administrative control of supplier returns/adjustments
General administrative and clerical support to our multi skilled team

To Be Considered For The Role You Will Need




Proven experience is customer service and administrative duties
Excellent knowledge of banking/cash control and reconciliations
Outstanding telephone manner and personal presentation
Positive 'can do' attitude and approachable nature
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and highly organised
General Microsoft office skills
