About the role

This is a diverse, hands-on position that combines customer service, sales support, administration, and warehouse operations. You'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our showroom and warehouse while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities
Assist customers in the showroom, over the phone, and via email
Support the preparation of sales quotes, orders, and customer enquiries
Coordinate product deliveries and installation schedules
Receive, check, and organise incoming stock
Assist with warehouse operations and inventory management
Safely load and unload flooring products
Liaise with suppliers, installers, contractors, and customers
Maintain a clean, secure, and organised warehouse environment
Provide general administrative and operational support
Contribute positively to a collaborative and customer-focused team culture

Comfortable working across both office/showroom and warehouse environments
Physically fit and capable of safely handling flooring products
Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a quick-paced environment
Current Australian Driver's Licence
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
