About the role

Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll be at the centre of day-to-day operations. Working closely with Product Specialists and Managers, you'll be the first point of contact, keep orders and customers moving, stay on top of support tickets, and provide support to the wider team.

Key responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls with a warm, professional manner
Welcome visitors to the office and make them feel at home
Process quotes and purchase orders for hospital, cash sale and end-user customers across Australia and New Zealand
Send out invoices at the end of each business day
Mail quotes with accompanying brochures daily
Manage cash sale backorder reports and send weekly Ecomed NZ and Clements backorder reports to Product Specialists
Respond to ETA enquiries and route customer questions to the right team member
Answer, action and close tickets in the CRM
Complete accurate data collection and entry
Maintain and organise the company filing system

About you
Previous experience in an administration, reception or customer service role




Confident, friendly communicator, both on the phone and in person
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new systems
Experience with a CRM or an order/ERP system is a bonus
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed
Reliable and professional, with a strong sense of ownership over your work
