Pearl Home Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our community care team in Dee Why on a casual basis. This role involves conducting community-based home visits to deliver person-centered, evidence-based clinical care under the direction of the head Registered Nurse (RN).
You will ensure care aligns with the client’s care plan, perform wound care and chronic disease management, assist with medication management, and document in the client management system.
