You will own scheduling, coordinate field and workshop activities, and act as the main contact for customers, technicians and internal stakeholders to ensure protected, productive service delivery.
Working with the Service Manager, you will manage WIP, job costing and quotations, arrange parts and tools, oversee crane movements and provide transparent operational reporting.
