Peppermayo is seeking a motivated CRM Coordinator to join our quick-paced e-commerce team in Australia. Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Manager, you’ll drive personalised CRM campaigns and contribute to the PM Priority loyalty program at a pivotal growth moment.
You will plan and execute daily communications across email, SMS and push channels, build loyalty touchpoints, monitor trends, and generate explicit CRM reports to guide strategy and creative direction.
