Our client is a highly regarded and growing real estate agency seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their supportive property management team on a 12-month contract, with potential to go permanent.

What's on Offer:
$115K salary
12-month contract with potential to go permanent
Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | 1-hour lunch
150–225 property portfolio
Junior PM support for a 225-property portfolio
Up-to-date systems and streamlined processes
Supportive and collaborative team culture

Your Responsibilities:
End-to-end residential portfolio management
Landlord and tenant relationship management
Lease renewals and rent reviews
Arrears, maintenance and compliance
Routine inspections and reporting




Tribunal matters when required

About You:
Previous residential Property Management experience is a must
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and time management
Proactive, detail-focused and confident working autonomously
