Northcott is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to be the first point of contact for families starting their Early Childhood Approach journey. You will support staff and customers, handle inquiries via phone, email and web chat, and guide families to NDIA services.

You’ll work with the EC CSC Team Leader to ensure accurate information and smooth service delivery, while remaining versatile and customer-focused in a energetic setting.
