Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Farm Hand to join our team in Wee Waa, Current South Wales. This permanent, full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting our agricultural operations, ensuring the efficient management of farm activities, and contributing to the overall productivity of our farm. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agriculture and a passion for working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the farm, including planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, pickers, and forklifts, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Perform routine maintenance and repair of farm equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.




Work collaboratively with team members to achieve farm goals and maintain a safe working workplace.
Adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements at all times.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
Experience working in a team workplace on farms.
Experience operating farm machinery including tractors, light vehicles, pickers, and forklifts.
Strong skills in maintenance and repair of farm equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of compliance with safety protocols and workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements.
