Join the team during a major period of expansion driven by a significant increase in workload across major campaigns, exhibitions, and commercial partnerships. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator for a 6 to 12-month contract.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will provide critical campaign, financial, and project coordination to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, contracts, and invoice processing while tracking campaign budgets and expenditure

Maintain project timelines, campaign schedules, and workflows using Monday.com to keep deliverables on track across paid, owned, and earned channels

Coordinate social media scheduling, community management, and draft short-form copy for EDMs, web updates, and social channels

Build robust relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and commercial partners to coordinate deliverables and approvals

What We Are Looking For





4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign delivery, or project management

Demonstrated background in procurement, purchase order management, supplier onboarding, and campaign budget tracking

Hands-on experience with project management software (ideally Monday.com) and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Exceptional written communication for copywriting and strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management

Highly organised, solutions-focused, and ready to thrive in a quick-paced setting supporting high-profile initiatives
