Drive the delivery of information management and governance solutions across a large complex organisation.

We're looking for an experienced Information Management Systems Specialist to join a leading organisation, supporting the management, governance and protection of information across its digital setting.

The role will focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Purview, translating information management requirements into practical system configurations, controls and workflows.

This is a full-time role based in Perth on a contract basis.

About the Role:
Administer and configure information management and governance systems, including Microsoft Purview.
Configure SharePoint sites, document libraries, metadata, content types and information architecture.
Translate information and records requirements into system controls covering classification, retention, disposal, access and protection.
Develop and configure workflows and automation using Power Automate and Microsoft 365.
Support system testing, implementation,



troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Information Management specialists and ICT teams.

About You:
Experience administering and configuring information management, records management or information governance systems.
Solid Microsoft 365 experience, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Purview.
Experience translating business and governance requirements into technical configurations.
Strong understanding of information classification, metadata, retention and information protection.
Experience with workflows, automation and Power Automate.
Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of information and records management principles and regulatory requirements.
