Advance Maintenance Service, a Carpentry and Plumbing Maintenance Services company based in Ormeau, is seeking a fulltime Maintenance Co-ordinator to deliver exceptional service to our established and growing client base. The role focuses on coordinating trades, managing quotes and invoices, and maintaining solid customer communication.

You will liaise with trades, estimators, suppliers and external contractors while handling high-volume data entry.
