St Columba’s College in Victoria is seeking an experienced House Leader to join the Wellbeing Team. This POL3 leadership role focuses on fostering belonging, pride and engagement through our seven-house system while supporting academic care and student development.
Working with the Director of Students and teachers, you will mentor student leaders, coordinate wellbeing programs and drive restorative approaches across the College community to enhance student outcomes.
