MANAGEMENT ROLES

The Opportunity

Working closely with our Restaurant Owners, you’ll take ownership of the guest experience, lead service from the floor and help develop a high-performing team that delivers consistently exceptional hospitality.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who genuinely enjoys leading people, loves excellent food and wine, and thrives in a busy service environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead lunch and dinner service with confidence, energy and a strong floor presence
Create memorable guest experiences and build genuine relationships with regulars
Lead, coach and develop our Front of House team
Drive service standards, consistency and attention to detail
Manage bookings and help maximise the overall dining experience
Assist with rostering, stock control and day-to-day operations
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service
Lead by example and remain hands-on throughout service
Help build a positive,



accountable and high-performing team culture

You’ll bring:
Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a quality or premium restaurant
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Strong food and wine knowledge
Excellent leadership and communication skills
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
The ability to remain calm, positive and solutions-focused during busy service
A genuine desire to develop people and build a great team
