We are currently speaking with Emergency Medicine Registrars interested in training within a major regional referral hospital in Queensland. The Emergency Department manages approximately 45,000+ presentations annually, providing broad exposure across adult and paediatric emergency care, trauma and acute medical presentations within a structured regional workplace.

This role is well suited to ACEM trainees, senior registrars and international doctors seeking regional training experience with meaningful clinical responsibility.

Requirements
AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
ACEM trainee or registrar-level Emergency Medicine experience
Minimum 12 months recent ED experience
UK or IRELAND competent authority pathway candidates with minimum of 2 years ED experience
International Medical Graduates assessed by ACEM as partially or substantially comparable, or preparing to lodge assessment
