Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

Core Responsibilities:

Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
n
Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options
n
Serving Food & Beverages : Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
n
Delivering Exceptional Customer Service : Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.
n

Shift Details (subject to change):
n
n
Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts
n
Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday
n
Split shifts may be required on some days
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required
n
n
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
n
n
Monday - Friday: $***** per hour
n
Saturday: $***** per hour
n
Sunday: $***** per hour
n
n
Successful candidates will have:
n
n
12+ months experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role
n
A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
n
A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
n
Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
n
Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
n
Reliability,



with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
