Job Description
Core Talent is partnering with a boutique contractor to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team in Sydney CBD.
This role will manage tenders from inception through handover, with detailed BOQ take-offs, subcontractor pricing, and value engineering across commercial fit-out and hospitality projects.
You will work closely with project teams, price from first principles, and contribute to tender success.
