You will lead carpentry work from start to finish, including decks, pergolas, alfresco areas, and related structures, while directing onsite teams and maintaining high-quality standards.
You will read plans, sequence work, purchase materials, manage deliveries, and keep the Project Director informed.
Robust communication with clients and Excel-based cost estimation are essential assets.
