The Protected Step is seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Specialist to join our healthcare team.
Reporting into People & Culture, you will provide end-to-end WHS support across a diverse workforce and play a key role in promoting safe and healthy ways of working.
You will coach leaders, drive compliance, investigate incidents, review policies, and deliver training.
Your strong stakeholder engagement and practical solutions will help evolve a proactive safety culture across the organisation.
