We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Community Coaches to deliver Sydney FC football programs in schools, clubs, and holiday clinics throughout the year.

The Sydney FC Community Coach plays a key role in delivering participation programs that promote fun, inclusivity, and skill development. Coaches will represent Sydney FC in the community and help create positive experiences for young players aged 5-13. You are passionate about working with young players, reliable, and keen to grow as a coach.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Sydney FC coaching sessions across:

School's programs

In-Club Training Programs

Holiday Clinics

Skills Training Programs

Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for all participants.

Implement Sydney FC session plans and coaching methodology.





Communicate effectively with players, parents, teachers, and club officials.

Arrive prepared and on time with appropriate equipment and appearance.

Represent Sydney FC with professionalism, enthusiasm, and robust customer service.

Assist with program set-up, pack-down, and basic administration as required.
