In this role, you will oversee pastoral care, behaviour management, and student wellbeing across the Primary school, while contributing to whole-school leadership.

We are looking for a leader who:
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills to successfully engage students, staff and parents




- Can guide students in behavioural and disciplinary matters based on Christian principles consistent with the College's ethos
- Can develop and implement policies relating to student behaviour management
- Works effectively as part of a leadership team, fostering support and cooperation
- Can handle sensitive issues with sound judgement and confidentiality
- Brings a teaching component to the role, maintaining a close relationship with the student body and current best practice
- Is dedicated to Christian education
