Riverside is seeking someone to fill the position of permanent full time Middle College English Teacher to commence asap for a contract ending 4th December ****. The role reports to the Deputy Principal and requires a strong focus on providing an outstanding teaching program which meets the needs of all students.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS




Demonstrated experience and teaching qualifications in English.
Hold a current QCT Registration.
Demonstrated experience working with Australian Curriculum.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prepare and deliver effective programs to support students consistent with Government regulations, the College pedagogy, relevant syllabi, curriculum policy and work programs.
Knowledge and demonstrated ability to deliver programs through the establishment of a challenge learning setting including the use of information technology to maximise student outcome, whilst managing student behaviour.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Outdoor recreation qualification desirable.
Demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular activities.
Possess strong Christian character and support the College Christian values.
