Description:
·
As
a Lead Developer you will develop solutions for Continuous Improvement items as
defined/discussed with Senior Tech Lead from Group Property & Group
Protective Services Technology team
·
Groom
Continuous Improvement items in JIRA and Confluence working along with Tech
Lead
·
Create
a Change Implementation Plan (CIP)
·
Implement
the change on non-prod environment
·
Create
a change for non-prod and prod.
Coordinate with L3 team for CTASK creation for
the Deployment
·
Coordinate
with Testing team (as applicable) for SIT and UAT
·
Coordinate
with Business to provide solution overview along with Tech Lead (so need a Lead
Developer)
·
Ability
to work with vendor to discuss on solution/problem statement
Primary
Skills:
·
Min
10 years of IT experience
·
Tech
skills – VB.Net, VB script, MS SQL or MySQL, Rest API, PowerShell, HTML
·
Operating
System: Basic awareness of Windows/Linux
·




Knowledge
of Jira, Confluence
Secondary Skills
·
Positive
to have Tech skills: ServiceNow, DevOps, Bit Bucket, GIT, Splunk
·
Good
to have OS skills: Windows/Linux (example: IIS, TCP Ports, Registries,
Firewall, Security (permissions), Active Directory, Able to verify logs, access
system, able to run scripts, File systems, etc)
·
Excellent
communication skill both verbal and written, to coordinate with Business and
Technology teams
·
Strong
attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
·
Document
the development work in Confluence, word doc.
·
Proficient
in Change Management skills
·
Awareness
of Agile methodology
·
Abel
to understand the bigger picture and prepare Impact analysis before providing
solutions
