Job Description
Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa in Broome seeks an Executive Sous Chef to balance hands-on food preparation with operational leadership of kitchen staff across a multi-outlet resort.
You will train up to 40 chefs and apprentices, collaborate with the Executive F&B; Manager on menu development, ensure WHS compliance, and drive cost control to meet financial targets, with a $120,000 annual salary and discretionary KPI bonuses plus onsite accommodation.
