About The Role
n
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide both strategic and operational People & Culture support with a strong focus on employee relations. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while supporting workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance, and organisational change initiatives.

About You
n

HR Business Partner, P&C; Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
n
Robust employee relations expertise and interest mandatory
n
Demonstrated experience in Fair Work legislation and SCHADS/Nurses award
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
n
Solutions-focused and proactive approach
n
Ability to work in a fast pace agile environment with full autonomy
