What will you be doing?
n
n
Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial, domestic and strata clients
n
Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and referral partners
n




Provide professional insurance advice and deliver exceptional client outcomes
n
Support complex commercial placements and client strategies
n
Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities
n
Develop and grow your own referral network
n
Leverage existing referral opportunities while creating new ones
n
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the brokerage
n

What do you need?
n
n
Tier 1 or Diploma in Insurance Broking – essential
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in General Insurance Broking
n
Strong commercial insurance broking experience
n
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team
n
Experience with CBS, Sunrise and insurer platforms highly regarded
n
Commercial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a portfolio
