Cardinia Community Aged Care is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our Cardinia home. You will manage preventative and reactive tasks, prioritise work orders, and ensure a safe, comfortable workplace for residents and staff.
Reporting to the General Manager of Property, you will work Monday to Friday with occasional after-hours support as needed. You will mentor a small maintenance team and coordinate contractors to optimise costs and quality.
